WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

At Agatha & Ann, we accept Paypal, all mayor credit cards, and offline payments (cash and ath movil)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. We urge you to please read carefully.  If you have any question regarding out policy, please contact us before making your purchase. 

 

You can return eligible item(s) for store credit within 15 days of delivery date by mailing the return to the return address:

The reason for the return must be that the item(s) is damage  at the moment that is was received or the item(s) was not the one selected by the customer.  To be eligible for return, your item(s) need to be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached. All sales are final and the item(s) may not be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are non refundable.

You must contact us via email to agatha.ann.cs@gmail.com with details of the reason of the return, number of the order, name of the person in the order and your desire of exchange or store credit.  Once we receive the package, with a receipt or proof of purchase, you will be receiving a store credit.

We advice you to ship the package using a tracking number, insured shipping method. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

HOW DOES PICKUP WORK?

At Agatha & Ann we offer the easy and fast way to obtain your merchandise: Pickup!  It super easy, fast and completely free!

Once you place your order you will receive and email notification informing that your order is ready to be pickup at our location.  Order places after pickup hours will be ready the next pickup day in calendar. If, by any circumstance not in our control, the fulfillment of your order is affected you will be notified when you can expect your order to be fulfill and pickup.
